A 90-minute debrief session presenting the Pursona™ profile — the individual's dominant patterns, their leadership persona, and what this means for their specific goals and challenges.

Coaching Engagement

A structured coaching programme — typically 6–12 sessions — built entirely around the Pursona™ profile and the specific developmental targets it identifies.

Reassessment

At the midpoint and end of the engagement — reassessment against the original profile to measure real change, recalibrate targets, and plan next steps.
