Cancellation and Refund Policy
A clear and transparent guide to understanding Purclive's refund and cancellation terms for all participants and clients.
Section A: Individual Participants (B2C Programs)
Nature of Programs
Purclive offers certification programs, workshops, and coaching cohorts designed as structured learning experiences.
Enrollment & Seat Confirmation
  • Enrollment confirms a reserved seat in a specific cohort
  • Fees are allocated toward program delivery, facilitation, and resources
Cancellation Timeline: Individual Participants
7+ Days Prior
75% Refund
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a 75% refund.
3–7 Days Prior
50% Refund
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the program start date receive a 50% refund.
Less than 72 Hours
No Refund
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the program start date are not eligible for any refund.

No refunds are issued once the program has started or access to sessions and materials has been provided.
Dropout & Digital Content Policy
Dropout / Midway Exit
  • No refunds for discontinuation after program start
  • A one-time transfer to a future batch may be considered, subject to approval
Digital / Recorded Content
No refunds are applicable for:
  • Recorded sessions
  • Downloadable resources
  • Self-paced content

A one-time batch transfer is the only flexibility available after a program has commenced. All digital content purchases are final.
Section B: Corporate / Institutional Clients (B2B)
Nature of Engagement
All engagements are program-based, covering:
  • Design and customization
  • Facilitation and delivery
  • Business impact and outcomes
Program Confirmation
A program is confirmed upon:
  • Advance payment, or
  • Formal approval via email or Purchase Order (PO)
Cancellation Timeline: Corporate Clients
These timelines apply to all corporate and institutional engagements. Once any part of the program engagement has been delivered, no refunds will be issued regardless of the remaining scope.

No refunds are granted once any portion of the engagement has commenced or been delivered to the client.
Customized Programs, Rescheduling & Client Constraints
Customized Programs
Design, diagnostic, and preparation work is non-refundable. If discontinued, work completed will be billed proportionately and any balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed with a minimum 72-hour notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur additional charges.
Client-Side Constraints
No refunds are issued for participant no-shows, internal scheduling conflicts, or changes in business priorities.
